Refund policy

At Eternal Eminence, all products are made-to-order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@eternaleminence.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
